    Inlet Manifolds

Hypertune inlet manifolds are created using hydroformed sheet metal welded to billet flanges.  Plenums are assembled with billet runners and a billet head flange designed to bolt directly to the cylinder head.  Injector bosses are located in the head flange with most plenums being available with additional injector bosses in the intake runners.  Four cylinder manifolds can be supplied with eight injector ports while six cylinder manifolds are available with 12, 18 or 24 ports depending on the engine.  A custom machined additional injector row can also be ordered.  Fuel rails are included with each manifold, spaced to suit the injector length required.

Plenums are modular with runners and head flanges screwed together, sealing with an o-ring.  This allows for upgrading the number of injectors in a manifold if required.  Billet vacuum port flanges are typically welded to the underside of each manifold, with additional ports and port locations modified on requests.Adaptors for OEM idle air control valves are offered for most plenums with cable driven throttles.  Burst panels can be added on request.

Throttle body flanges are available for both cable and drive by wire engines with a range of diameters possible for either.  Flanges to suit factory throttle bodies are available for 4G63, Barra, TB48 and multi-throttle RB26 engines.  An adaptor can be provided to mate drive by wire throttle bodies to clamp style inlet piping.

All plenums are available with custom powder coating and anodising on the runners, head flange and fuel rail.  This is also available on Hypertune throttle bodies.
