Throttle Bodies

Hypertune billet throttle bodies are designed and manufactured entirely in house. Each throttle body is comprised of eight machined components not including bearings or fasteners. Housings, spring barrels, pulleys and throttle stoppers are produced in aluminum, with shafts machined from chromoly and butterfly blades from brass.

Throttle bodies are available in 77mm, 90mm and 100mm diameters. Throttle body inlets are available in barb style to suit silicone hoses or ferrule to suit Wiggins or Hypertune billet clamps. Clamp style throttle bodies are sized in standard -48, -56 and -64 AN diameters. Clockwise and counter-clockwise rotations are available.

Bolt on adaptors to suit Nissan, Toyota, Mitsubishi, GM and after market throttle position sensors are provided. Weld on throttle body flanges can also be included for custom applications.
