Intercoolers

Intercooler cores and end tanks are available for those looking to fabricate a custom part.  Hypertune intercooler cores are made exclusively to our specifications by a handful of OEM suppliers.  All cores are laser welded tube and fin with optimised fin louvers and fin density.

Off the shelf complete intercoolers are available for popular chassis.  Where necessary these units are supplied with powder coated laser cut steel mounting brackets.  Custom powder coating is available with thermal dispersant powder used on the core.
End tanks are available in billet or cast in a range of sizes.  In applications where this is not suitable custom sheet metal end tanks can be fabricated.

Hypertune is the exclusive manufacturer of heat exchangers for respected brands locally and internationally.  Cores are stocked in thicknesses between 50mm to 180mm with a maximum stack height of 444mm and longest tube length of 700mm.  Both horizontal and vertical flow cores are stocked.
